Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using IronDock's managed infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all users, developers, and entities who access or use the Service.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our infrastructure to:
- Host, transmit, or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or crypto-mining operations.
- Disrupt or interfere with the security or performance of the IronDock servers or other tenants' environments.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM).
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your server instances without refund.
3. Infrastructure and Uptime
While we architect IronDock for maximum resilience (utilizing Nginx load balancers, dedicated Docker instances, and managed MongoDB clusters), we do not guarantee 100% continuous, uninterrupted access to the services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
4. Billing and Payments
Our rental plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By selecting a Base, Pro, or Business plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in a temporary suspension of your Node.js, Media, and DB servers until the balance is resolved.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IronDock, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
